Hi, I’m Meghan, a Registered Dietitian, divorce parent and single mom who knows firsthand how challenging it can be to rebuild your life while navigating divorce and co-parenting. My mission is to empower women like you to find balance and strength during this chapter and beyond.

Whether you are looking for easy meals to keep your family healthy. self-care strategies to recharge or guidance to find peace within your new normal, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
