At this stage of my career, I primarily engage in working with clients who have been on a long counseling journey and haven’t always gotten what they need, clients with extensive trauma histories or complex cases, counseling other therapists, consultation, clinical supervision, research projects, graduate-level teaching, or public speaking. As the co-founder of the Neuroscience Integration Lab at Northwestern University, I incorporate principles of neuroscience into my professional work with trauma survivors.
